Health check in Copenhagen
A private health check gives you a broad picture of how your body is doing — blood count, kidney and liver function, cholesterol, blood sugar and more — from a single blood sample. No referral and no CPR number needed, and an English-speaking doctor reviews your results.
Book a health check
Our Basic health check covers 15 core tests; the Premium check adds thyroid, vitamins and a fuller liver panel — 23 tests in all.
Pay by card in the clinic after your visit — no prepayment.
What the checks include
Basic health check — DKK 3,400
Fifteen core tests: blood count, inflammation (CRP), sodium and potassium, kidney value and function, liver value, alkaline phosphatase, the full cholesterol panel and long-term blood sugar (HbA1c).
Premium health check — DKK 4,295
Twenty-three tests: everything in the basic check plus a fuller liver panel (AST, GGT, bilirubin), thyroid (TSH), vitamin D, vitamin B12 and iron stores (ferritin).
Add anything you like
Both checks include the blood draw and results. You can add individual analyses — hormones, extra vitamins, a prostate check — from DKK 295 each.
How it works
Book online
Choose “Blood tests” and select the health check. Booking takes under a minute — just a name and email, no CPR number.
The draw
Our nurse takes one blood sample at our clinic on Strøget. For a health check we usually ask you to fast beforehand — we confirm this when you book.
Results and review
Your results appear in a secure online portal within 1–4 working days. An English-speaking doctor reviews them and flags anything worth following up.
Who it is for
A health check suits anyone who wants a baseline — if you have not had bloods done in a while, are starting to look after your health more closely, or simply want reassurance. It is not a substitute for investigating specific symptoms; if something is bothering you, a GP consultation first will target the right tests.
Prices are fixed and shown before you book. You pay by card after your visit and receive an itemised receipt for your insurer. Blood tests are exempt from Danish VAT.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to fast?
Yes, for a health check we normally ask you to fast for 8–12 hours so that cholesterol and blood sugar are reliable. Water is fine. We confirm the details when you book.
