How it works

1

Book online

Choose “Blood tests”, come in, and give a small blood sample. You can book with just a name and email — no CPR number.

2

The draw

Our nurse takes the sample at our clinic on Strøget. Most visits take only a few minutes; some tests ask you to fast beforehand, which we tell you when you book.

3

Results and review

Your results appear in a secure online portal within 1–4 working days. An English-speaking doctor reviews anything abnormal and tells you what it means.

Two ways to test

Choose your own

Pick exactly the analyses you want from 104 tests across 13 groups — blood count, cholesterol, thyroid, vitamins, hormones, liver, kidney and more. Each test is from DKK 295, on top of the DKK 200 base fee.

Take a package

Prefer a ready-made check? Our packages bundle the most useful tests at a lower price than buying them one by one — from DKK 950. See the popular checks below.

Not sure what you need

Book a short GP consultation first and the doctor will suggest which tests make sense for your symptoms or history, then send you for the draw.

Price and payment

The DKK 200 base fee covers the blood draw, handling and your results. On top of that, individual analyses start at DKK 295 each, and packages start at DKK 950. Every price is fixed and shown before you book — there are no hidden laboratory fees.

You pay by card in the clinic after your visit and receive an itemised receipt straight away, which most travel and international health insurers accept. Blood tests are a medical service and are exempt from Danish VAT. There is no prepayment and no deposit.

Some blood tests — HIV and syphilis as part of an STI screen, or NIPT in pregnancy — have their own dedicated appointments; follow those links if that is what you need.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a referral or a CPR number?

No. Anyone can book — visitors, students, new arrivals and residents. We need a name and email to send your results, but no referral, CPR number or Danish health card.

Do I have to fast before the test?

It depends on the tests. Cholesterol and blood sugar are most reliable after fasting; many other tests do not need it. We tell you when you book whether to fast.

How quickly do I get my results?

Most results are ready in 1–4 working days and appear in a secure online portal. A few specialised analyses take a little longer.

Who takes the blood, and who explains the results?

The sample is taken by our nurse at the clinic. An English-speaking doctor reviews anything outside the normal range and explains what it means and whether anything needs follow-up.

Can I really choose exactly which tests I want?

Yes. You can pick any combination of the 104 analyses, or take a package. If you are unsure, a short GP consultation first will help you choose.
