What we process and why: when you book, we process your name, email address and the details you enter in order to confirm and carry out your appointment. Information about your health is recorded in your medical record, as required by Danish law for healthcare providers.

Retention: medical records are kept for the period required by Danish healthcare legislation (currently at least 10 years). Booking data not part of your record is deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights: you can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, and — where the law allows — deletion. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
