Is it an emergency?
What we treat the same day
- Infections and fever — Throat, ear, sinus and chest infections, flu-like illness, tonsillitis.
- Stomach problems — Food poisoning, traveller’s diarrhoea, vomiting, stomach pain.
- UTI and women’s health — Cystitis, thrush, discharge, pelvic pain — tested and treated in one visit.
- Minor injuries — Sprains, cuts, minor burns and wound care; onward referral if an X-ray is needed.
- Skin, bites and allergies — Rashes, insect and tick bites, allergic reactions, sunburn.
- Prescriptions and certificates — Lost or forgotten medication, sick notes and fit-to-fly certificates.
Walk-in or appointment?
We work by appointment so that nobody waits. Booking takes two minutes and same-day times are usually available — often within a few hours. If you are already nearby, book on your phone and walk over: the clinic is at Frederiksberggade 1A, 3rd floor, at the City Hall Square end of Strøget, two minutes from Rådhuspladsen metro.
A consultation is DKK 1,000 for 15 minutes, paid by card after your visit. You receive an itemised receipt for your travel insurance.

Is YourGP an emergency room?
No. We are a GP clinic for urgent but non-life-threatening problems. For emergencies call 112; for out-of-hours urgent care call 1813.
How quickly can I be seen?
Usually the same day. Available times are shown when you book.
Do you take walk-ins?
Please book online first, even if you are standing outside — it is the fastest way to be seen and avoids waiting.
Do I need insurance or a CPR number?
No. Everyone is welcome; you pay the fixed fee in the clinic and can claim it back from your insurer.
