How does direct billing against a Guarantee of Payment work?

Send us a Guarantee of Payment with the cover details before or at the time of booking. We treat the member, then invoice your company directly for the agreed services — no payment is taken from the member.

Can the member pay and claim it back instead?

Yes. The member pays in the clinic after the visit and receives an itemised receipt to submit to you for reimbursement.

Do you provide a medical report?

Yes — a medical report can be provided for the insurer on request, in line with the member’s consent and confidentiality rules.

Which clinics and opening hours?

Copenhagen (on Strøget): Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00, Saturday 15:00–17:00. Hillerød: Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00.
